Change Partners Private Equity was launched in 2000, currently managing circa €30M. Over the last six years we made over 30 investments totalling over €40M. thereof these, circa €25M have been divested.

In 2002, we started the Corporate Finance area. In 2003, we stood by the creation of an enlarged Lisbon-based independent unit. In less then 4 years, we have had more than 30 clients. We have advised sellers or buyers in 9 successful transactions, among which the MBO of BA Vidro (Barbosa & Almeida), the MBI of Cerisol, the sale of CESCE, the sale of Hotel da Torre, fundraising for SEAROAD, the MBO of RH Mais and the acquisition of Tachon, in France.

In the two business areas we have professionals with an experience between 8 and 25 years.
