Change SGPS was created in June 2000, with the purpose of taking equity positions in public and private companies. Its investment period ended in 2003. It has divested from almost all its investments.
Currently, it holds equity positions in 4 companies. It is also an investor in the REAL Change FCQ-FIQ Fund. Its Total Net Assets amount to €7.5 million.

FIQ Fund, with a total commitment of € 9million, was created in July 2003, and aims at investing in early stage or technology-intensive companies.
The Fund invests in companies with high growth potential and a sustainable business model. These companies must have a committed, competent, market knowledgeable management team, with a clear vision of the company's future. It must also offer divestment opportunities in adequate timing and conditions.

| FIQ, with a total commitment of €13.5 million, was created in June 2004. It focuses in buy-out and internationalization operations. Its mission is to be active in the upgrading process of companies that are willing to lead market segments and provide adequate returns to investors. |
